Payment

All orders will be processed by our customer service department. The logistic and financial processing of your order will be handled just like you are used from us. An order placed using the Biobest webshop will be invoiced on the usual way.

Delivery

Our logistic process is very important in order to meet the quality of our products. Therefor, useful insects that are conserved at a low temperature, will be packed in cooled, tempex boxes. By doing this, the cooled production chain from packaging till delivery will not be interrupted.

Return policy

Our assortment concists for a major part of living materials with a limited due date. There are also a few important arguments regarding hygiëne that doesn´t allow us to take back products. Do you wish to cancel your order due to any circumstances? You can cancel your order up to 2 workingdays before delivery at out customer service.
