Why can´t I view or order products?
Only existing customers can view and order products. Would you also like to view and order our products? Please contact our customer service.
Why can´t I log in?
You can only log in when you are an existing Biobest customer. Are you a customer and still can´t log in? Please contact our customer service deparment if you can´t log in as a customer.
How can I add or remove products from my shopping cart?
Add products to your shopping cart using the (+) and minus (-), proceed by clicking on ´Add to shopping cart´ to place the products in your shopping cart.
Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen or navigate to the icon, then click ´View shopping cart´ to view the contents of your shopping cart. There you can ´View´ or ´Remove´ the product.
Can I look into my order history?
Once you are logged in, you can view your order history via your account. Click on the icon in the top right corner and then click ´My account´ for all information about your account. Under the heading ´My orders´ you can find your complete order history.
Can I re-order a placed order?
If you want to re-order an order you can easily do so in your account on your webshop. Go to ´My account´ and click on ´My orders´ in the menu on the left. Here you can see an overview of your complete order history. View the order you want to re-order
by clicking on ´View details´. In the overview you will find the button ´Re-order´. The order will then be placed in your shopping cart.
What payment options can I use on the Biobest webshop?
Payments for products ordered through the webshop will be handled in the usual way. Do you have any questions about your payment methods? Please contact your contact person or our customer service department.
Which prices can I find on the webshop?
Our webshop is tailored to your personal agreements with Biobest. All prices shown are therefor also personally tailored to your organization and recorded by means of a quote. As a result, the prices in the webshop are the same as what has been agreed
with you.
Where can I find a SDS document?
Biobest will supply an SDS document with approved crop protection products. You can also download this document here.
Who processes my order?
The Biobest webshop is configured so that your orders are always processed directly by our customer service department.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you can create a new one. Click on `login´ to log in and then click on ´Forget password´. After entering your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail with further instructions on how to create your new password.
Is it possible to save my username and new password?
You can easily save your username and password by checking ´Remember me´ on the login screen. Your username and password have now been saved and will be autofilled upon your next visit.
How can I become a Biobest customer?
Fill in the new customer form here and mail this to customerservice@biobestgroup.com (for Belgium) or csnl@biobestgroup.com (for the Netherlands). On working days, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
How can I can change my customer details?
You cannot change your customer details in the webshop but by completing this form. Please only fill in your name and the field that you would like to change and do not complete the fields that do not require changes. Furthermore, please send the form to our customer serviceand they will complete the changes for you.
How can I cancel a placed order?
Of course, it is possible that an order that has been placed earlier does not have to be delivered. In that case, please send an email to our customer service including your customer name and order number and they will cancel your order. Furthermore, you can also change your order as long as the order deadline has not passed.
