BIOBEST GROUP NV is a Belgian company headquartered at Ilse Velden 18, 2260 Westerlo, Belgium. BIOBEST GROUP NV is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our constituents. We take the protection of your personal information seriously. We will at all times be transparent and process your data lawfully and in compliance with any relevant regulation.
By using this web order platform, Biobest Group NV as the controller will process only strictly necessary collected data such as personal and electronic identification data, and data concerning your professional life and interests. Your data will be used for the following purposes:

• Managing your web ordering account in order to allow you to consume our online services;

In order to facilitate switching between different service providers, you may at any time request your collected data by sending an email to privacy@biobestgroup.com. Your data will not be further processed other than to run the services nor will it be rented or sold to any outside organizations.
When a purpose of a data processing activity is no longer applicable, BIOBEST GROUP NV will automatically delete all the data related to this processing purpose concerned, unless agreed otherwise. BIOBEST GROUP NV will store specific data required by law (such as financial data) for as long as required under applicable law. You may at all times request, amend, rectify or delete your personal data by sending us an email at privacy@biobestgroup.com or by logging into your account in order to exercise the above-mentioned rights.
